CKD Risk Calc Pro app for iPhone and iPad

This App is a tool for health care professionists, patients and caregivers.
The aim of this app is to evaluate the progression risk of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) based on the latest International Guidelines.

This upgraded version includes the following tools:
- the ability to choose whether to calculate the eGFR with ideal body weight or not (only for the Cockroft - Gault formula)
- indications to manage the CKD:
a) referral to nephrology or not
b) protocol for the further investigation of a subject with positive reagent strip or quantitative test for albuminuria/proteinuria
c) suggestions about how many times per year you need to monitor the patient
